Diwali Celebration With Children
Diwali- Famously called the “festival of lights”, Diwali symbolizes the victory of good over evil. The celebrations kick start with decorations of beautiful and colorful lights, diyas, candles, and flowers. Traditions are followed throughout the country by distributing sweets and well wishes to small innocent children and their parents. Previously people used to burn firecrackers but the growing concern of environmental damage and dreadful revelations about the making processes in Factories where small children are forced to work causing severe consequences mostly affecting their health, have compelled our government to completely ban its use.
Independence Day
We celebrate Independence Day on 15th August every year through a cultural program organized by Nasir and Mala Charitable Trust members. Independence Day is a day to remember the heroic martyrs of our country and their sacrifices. To celebrate this independence, with the help of some children and villagers we organize some inspirational plays and events. On this day we also distribute sweets and food to underprivileged children at the end of the cultural function.
Gandhi Jayanti
Gandhiji is known as the ‘Father of the Nation’ whose inspiration encourages everyone to move forward on the path of truth and non-violence. Our organization celebrates the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi every year to pay homage to him. Celebrations of this special day began with the lighting of lamps at the gatherings of the local people and cultural events were also organized. Youngsters prepare special elocutions and creative performances like plays, dance, art, etc. to show their love and respect for him.
Teacher’s Day
Teacher’s Day is celebrated on the 5th of September every year in India. It is celebrated on the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan who was the second President of India and a great scholar. Teacher’s Day is an important occasion for all educational institutions and shows respect for the hard work and education of all respected teachers. On this day we organize some cultural events where children participate in the event in front of their parents and our team members. Their performances leave us in dumbstruck silence, and we believe there is no line ever written to articulate the beauty and innocence each child holds. In the end, we distribute food and chocolates to bring bright and refreshing smiles back to their faces.
Children’s Day
